Usui Reiki Level 1 (Shoden)

Shoden is a Japanese word meaning first teachings. It is the first level of teachings in the traditional Japanese branch of Reiki called Usui Reiki Ryoho.

Reiki can be translated as pure Love or Universal Life Energy. A balancing, intelligent, harmonizing energy that heals on all levels: the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

However, energy is hardly understood by simply reading or being told about it. Instead, it is the actual experience itself that teaches you.

This course combines education, demonstration, and practice sessions so that you can feel confident as you develop your Reiki Practice for yourself and for others. This practical experience leads to an inner understanding of energy.

During this course you will gain understanding of the system of Reiki from a traditional Japanese and Western perspective and learn how to give yourself and others a complete Reiki treatment.

This is a fantastic tool for anyone who is interested in or is already involved in healing work. It is also a great tool for anyone!

I have structured this course to offer a combination of experimental knowledge by teaching you how to work intuitively, as well as providing you with a deep understanding of technical abilities through materials and resources of information.

You will receive level-one Reiki attunements that will be sealed in you for life. These attunements and the training are in the lineage of Dr. Usui Shiki Ryoho. The training material comes from the manuals developed by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and the International House of Reiki.
